Soon I should have some better pictures of polish and other items. I recently purchased 2 new cameras and I am testing them out. I am waiting for the other to arrive but in the meantime I've been playing with a Canon Powershot A470 which I must admit is not wowing like I had hoped. I hope the other camera which is a 12mp does better.
Not these are far from my best but hey I took the pics so here they are :)
I've been testing out the Konad Sponge kit. I still do not have the hang of it as you can see below.
China Glaze Light my tiki with layer Konad sponge, Konad special polish, & the glitter that comes in the sponge kit.

China Glaze Ooh La La White Pearl with Konad sponge and Konad black special polish for the tips. The decal is a Konad stamp using the princess psych pink polish. The tips are not meant to perfect since it is sponge art.

I have posted about nail polish frankening before and I've created some more.
Here is what I call "Not Your Mama's Grape". I used 50% Sally Hansen Deep Violets with 50% Sally Hansen Hard Nails Watermelon Sparkle.
I call this one "Who is this deep violet?". I am not sure of the percentage but I'll guess, 40% Sally Hansen Deep Violets, 40% Sally Hansen Hard Nails Watermelon Sparkle, 15% OPI Who are you wearing? 5% Sally Hansen Diamond Pink Promise.

Some might thing the colors are similar so here are the bottle pics. Not Your mamas Grape (right), Who is this deep violet? (left)
For all you neon and jelly lovers this is Hot Topic Neon Pink.

Another fun color from Hot Topic is Sugar Plum.

I have tons more photos to edit so be on the look out for pictures in the upcoming weeks. Though do not expect any new collections. I was not wowed by the collections for my skin tone.
TGIF It's Polish Time!

Hailey, As always your nails look great. Do you know if there is a way to do the sponge art without buying the kit?
do you have a tut for mixing polish?
I really like the polish mixes you did for the Alice collection.
I don't have the patience to do this, so hats off to you!
dani - I think you could use sponges from the art store with the Konad polish. It might work with other polish but I have not tried it yet. Konad Special polish has a different thickness than most yet it is thin at the same time.
lipglossmama01 - I do not have a tutorial for frankening. It is pretty much just mixing polish in a bottle. If you need help just contact with the title of subject being Franken Help.
butterflydiary - Thanks :) The sponging is a pain but usually my nails only take about 10 minutes.
