My Experience:
My ends have been a little dry from swimming. I had three samples of this so I thought I would give a try. I honestly feel that my hair is not in worse condition than before I used the treatment. Everything felt fine when I rinsed it out but as my hair dried the length did not feel right and the ends even drier. I switched back to using WEN and things feel a little better. I let a friend have the last packet and she had the same problem. For reference she has color treated curly hair with an oily scalp and dry ends.
Save your money and do an at home olive oil treatment. If you have an oil scalp toss in some rosemary oil.
