Grape Attitude Manicure - OPI Peel Me a Gobi Grape with Konad M37 & M36-1

Featured in this picture is some arm warmers I picked up from Sockdreams.com last year. It was the inspiration for the color combo.
This picture is more color accurate than the one below for OPI Peel me a gobi grape.

I have no clue how this mani popped into my head. I wanted to use OPI Peel me a gobi grape as a mani and suddenly wanted to do something with grapes as the art work. I was surprised with all the options Konad has for grapes. I settled on using an image from Konad image plate M37 on my thumbs and an image from M36-1 for the rest of my fingers. I used Konad Princess polish in grey for the stamping. The grey to me is more of a lavender gray and I thought it would work perfect for a grape theme. M36-1 is not exactly grape vines but it is such pretty vines I figured they could pass for grape vines.

OPI Peel me a gobi grape has always been a favorite of mine but I hardly ever wear it. This is only the second time I have worn the color. I tend to baby colors that are no longer carried by the makers. Sometimes I wonder if it is even worth getting hard to find colors. I hardly ever get to enjoy them because I am worried about running out (like that will happen) or spilling the polish. Pretty silly considering at least 60% of my collection is hard to find. As I typed that I realized I am limiting myself to choices if I hardly ever wear my hard to find colors. It all seems rather silly now that I think about. I should just wear the colors and enjoy them.

In a few days I will be moving my babies. I have opted to not pack them but to just move them in their drawer. This is rather simple and I should have no problems. My only concern is where to put the drawer during the time the movers will be at the house. Would it be totally weird if I sat the drawer in the shower? I figure no one will go there since I am not supplying the movers with a shower. :)
